Dentures are artificial teeth made of acrylic or metal, ideal for replacing missing teeth. They also ensure you retain your speech, normal chewing ability, and general appearance.

There have been significant improvements in the design and development of various types of dentures and it’s best that your dentist advise you on what type is best for you. The different types of Dentures include:

Partial Dentures

Partial Dentures are used to fill the space left by a few missing teeth and are usually attached to the teeth with fine metal clasps.

Full Dentures

Full Dentures are ideal for replacing all your missing natural teeth. A full denture can be made for the upper, lower or both sets of teeth.

Immediate Dentures

Immediate Dentures are fitted immediately after tooth extractions, ensuring you never go without teeth.

Over-Dentures are anchored to remaining teeth or to dental implants.  They can be fitted over the top of existing teeth, over the roots of existing teeth after root canal treatment or over dental implants.
