About Dr Kelley Dickinson

Growing up in North Queensland, with a strong influence from being raised by a single mother in Mackay, has shaped a grounded and compassionate approach to patient care, with Dr Kelley Dickinson bringing warmth and authenticity into every appointment.

Beginning her career as a dental assistant, Kelley developed a genuine passion for dentistry over nine years, gaining valuable insight into patient experiences before completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University. This foundation continues to influence a thoughtful and patient-first approach to care.

Creating a positive and comfortable dental experience is central to how Dr Kelley practices, particularly when supporting anxious patients. Taking time to listen, explain each step clearly, and deliver gentle, pain-conscious treatment allows her to help shift perceptions of dentistry and build lasting trust with patients.

A strong interest in crown and bridge work, extractions, and restoring function reflects a practical and patient-focused approach to her care. Supporting this, Dr Kelley is passionate about helping patients regain both comfort and confidence in their smile, whether through improving function or enhancing aesthetic outcomes. To further develop these skills, she has commenced additional study in advanced restorations and aesthetics, continuing to strengthen her clinical expertise.

Recently relocating to Melbourne for a lifestyle change, Dr Kelley is excited to become part of the Craigieburn community and build long-term relationships with patients and families. Outside of dentistry, time is often spent walking her dogs, visiting local markets, and enjoying concerts and sporting events with friends.
